Detroit-style pizza shop SoDough Square now in soft-opening. Here are all the details - WKMG News 6 & ClickOrlando

ORLANDO, Fla. – The Detroit-style pizza concept from the owner of Tin & Taco is now in its soft opening in Orlando’s SoDo neighborhood.

SoDough Square started its soft-opening hours Thursday, according to a Facebook post. The restaurant is located at 419 E. Michigan St., right next door to a Tin & Taco location.

During the soft opening, the restaurant is only open Thursday thru Sunday from 4 p.m. until it is sold out, according to the business’ website. SoDough is also only selling 100 pizzas per day and offering only four varieties, though the menu will eventually offer 10 different pies.

The owner, Robert Bair, is originally from the Detroit area but moved to Orlando in 2001, according to SoDough’s website. The business claims it took two years to develop the SoDough concept.

Bair founded Tin & Taco in 2017, after previously opening Gringos Locos in 2009, according to the business’ website. Tin & Taco currently has five locations.

The Winter Park location recently closed. It is now set to become a second location of Pizza Bruno.
