The state map is showing two cases in Dawes County. This information was not on our daily report from the Nebraska Public Health Lab. We are working with the State Epidemiologists to detect a potential discrepancy. Details will be released as we learn more.
Unified Command confirms one new case for COVID-19 in Scotts Bluff County. A male in his 40s is a close contact of a previously positive case.
The investigation is underway. Close contacts will be quarantined and actively monitored twice daily for fever and respiratory symptoms by public health officials.
