At least 692,333 people have recovered. The U.S. has the highest case toll in the world at 825,306 and the highest death toll at 45,075. Spain has the highest number of cases in Europe at 208,389 and 21,717 deaths. Italy has 183,957 cases and 24,648 deaths, the highest number of fatalities in Europe. France has 159,300 cases and 20,829 deaths, while Germany has 148,453 cases and just 5,086 deaths. The U.K. has 130,184 cases and 17,378 deaths. Turkey has now moved above China with 95,591 cases and 2,259 deaths, followed by Iran with 84,802 cases and 5,297 deaths. China, where the disease was first reported late last year, has 83,864 cases and 4,636 deaths.
