The U.S. has the highest case toll in the world at 639,664 and the highest death toll at 30,985. Spain has the highest number of cases in Europe at 180,659 and 18,812 deaths. Italy has 165,155 cases and the most deaths at 21, 645. Germany has 134,753 cases but just 3,804 deaths, while France has 134,582 cases and 17,188 deaths. The U.K. has 99,516 cases and 12,894 deaths. China, where the disease was first reported late last year, has 83,402 cases and 3,346 deaths.
