New York-style bagel shop Fuhgedaboudit Bagel Co. is hosting a soft opening Nov. 18-21 with a limited menu. The bagel shop opens at 7 a.m. and will close once sold out of menu items, according to the owner.

Fuhgedaboudit Bagel Co. sells plain, garlic, onion, poppy seed, asiago, wild thyme, sesame and jalapeno cheddar bagels. A variety of schmear options are available, such as plain, strawberry, blueberry, scallion, lox, jalapeno salsa, avocado and honey walnut. According to the owner, a more extensive menu including sandwiches will be added this winter.

The owner of Fuhgedaboudit Bagel Co., Kurt Crowley, is a local to The Woodlands area and graduated from McCullough High School.
