Despite the 30-year age gap between my mom and I, we have a lot of things in common. We both were born in March, love caramel apples in the fall, are obsessed with all things beauty, and look alike. My mom and I couldn’t get over how lightweight and buttery soft the Spanx half-zip was while still being warm. The material features a four-way stretch with a quarter-zip closure, and it has a cropped oversized fit that makes it great for layering. We also like that the design of the collar sits higher up on the neck for added insulation on cooler days. It also remains stretchy and soft after washing and drying. The half zip comes in six colors, including orange, navy, white, and red, and sizes XS through 3XL.
The zip-up style is super versatile and can be worn for a number of occasions. My mom has been styling her Spanx sweatshirt over a long-sleeved T-shirt with her coveted Spanx jeans and sneakers on casual days, but has also matched the pullover to her black trousers with loafers for a more polished look. I have been wearing it during my warm-up over my one-piece jumpsuits at the gym, and I love that it’s super breathable and doesn’t rub or scratch at my skin during my workouts. I have also styled it like my mom, draping it over my T-shirts for a more put-together vibe.
